Easy to assemble, my hooks I've left to slide across rather than fixed to board. Fits perfectly in my small recess in hallway. Has completely tidied my hallway. Do fix it to the wall for safety reasons.

The product itself feels very sturdy and can hold a lot of weights, but unfortunately, the product I received is faulty. As you can see in the image, these 2 bars don't have their pre-drilled holes well aligned. Therefore, the top bar, which links these two poles, cannot stay horizontal, so if you put any hangers over the top bar, it will slide to one side.
I would give it one 2/5 rate but the services I received were good (hence 1 more star). They offered some options: 1). wait for a replacement for one month and get a partial refund (£5 if I remember it correctly). fix the problem myself and get a partial refund (25% back) 3). return the product and get a full refund. I didn't have the patience or a hand driller so I returned it.

Easy to put together, it took around 1hr, which is always a bonus. Very sturdy and fits exactly into a small alcove. Looks much more expensive than it is. The moveable hooks are a big plus for me
