2 bins togetherGreat to have 2 bins together to help with recycling. Foot pedals flimsier than I expected but my husband disagrees! Need to clean then buff with a dry cloth to get rid of marks.

Large capacityThis Stainless steel kitchen trash can has a large capacity. Split in two. It's so well designed. Now I just take out the kitchen trash can once a day, and the recycling can be filled up and emptied later. Stainless steel looks very advanced and easy to clean outside. As long as the foot gently step on the lid will automatically open, for large families need such a garbage can.

Looks smartThis has been in use for 2 or 3 months now without a problem. I was slightly concerned as to whether the opening linkage was robust enough but it seems fine. The bin looks extremely smart compared with the rather ugly receptacles it replaced so my wife is very pleased.

Incorrect description?The bin is a bin but what is disappointing is the false description. This item does NOT include soft close lids and Amazon have altered their customer care policy by making it virtually impossible to make contact.

FlimseyThis is much flimsier metal than expected. I feel like I could dent it with my finger. Buckets are small. Lids open well with the pedal, but cannot be opened at all by hand. For the price, I expected better, but too difficult to return.

Great for recycling!I was looking for a garbage and recycling can that could fit under our counter of our restaurant. Could open up and still be large enough for all our stuff. This one is perfect for us. We empty the garbage every day. It has a good look. Easy to open and close. Each side is separate so trash on one side and recycle on the other. The bins have handles so that make extraction easy too. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend it!
