Really liked this product, but it was faulty

This product was great. It kept drinks cold and kept the ice frozen for a long time. However, it bowed at the side after being used for a few hours. It looked like where the internal glue seemed to have come away. Which left a gap that liquid or dirt could get into.
The only other niggle was the lid. The design made it so, that when one side was lifted, the other side loosened, so you would have to ensure to push both down again, to seal each time.
The Sellers agreed to a return.
However was a big hassle taking it apart and re-boxing it.
I would have given it 4 stars, had it not been faulty and 5 stars if the lid design was better.

With a pending party it was important to get something that looks good and will do a job. This product arrived swiftly and took 20 mins to put together. It’s very smart and sturdy and will definitely give me the answer to my concerns. Fitting instructions not in the box ( no big deal) so I called customer service and effortlessly got the instructions emailed to me in 5 minutes. Very professional.
