Good quality product, reasonable price.Overall the product is very good at the tasks it was designed to do, it heats a room 10' x 11' very well and quickly. The air conditioner also does its task well in the same size room.
The instruction book is lacking in detail as to the use and fitting of the item, so could do with a detailed update.
The only draw backs I found were, it needs to be drained and vented even on heating cycle, and best to have it permanently drained. Also, it would be better if when on heating cycle, the actual fan switched off when it reaches temperature.
However, overall performance very good, especially for the price.Posted on

Nice but a few drawbacksI like the unit in general as the functions general work as stated. However... the room thermostat it uses to control the unit is very off (+or-) 5c or more to the actual room temperature, so makes it awkward to set to your requirement.
The app is good and works well with the device standalone and remotely. but again a downside is however even tho the app it uses (smartlife) links to alexa/google/Samsung smart hubs, this device will not import or connect to those apps for some reason so can't be linked.Posted on

Good… with ear plugsGreat at keeping a hot room cool but it’s like trying to sleep with a jumbo jet in the room. Also no instruction on connecting to Wi-Fi, using sleep timer or using smart app as advertised.

good purchaseThe merchandise and shipping both caused me some problems. Through Amazon, I sent the seller an email, and they promptly replied and remedied the issue. The air conditioner has so far kept me cool throughout this heat wave. The lounge's temperature has dropped as a result. Compared to the one I purchased at the store (a different brand), the loudness is reasonable. The remote control is the only downside. The temperature fluctuates instead when you try to adjust the fan's speed. Despite being heavy, it is portable because to the wheels.

Nice compact airconFor the money this is a very good aircon that does exactly what it it’s supposed to do. The noise level is the only issue but you get used it it, cools the room down in no time, not tired the heater side of it but I would definitely recommend it

9000btu unit, Wow, starts cooling the room within 10 minsI have been reviewing air con units for months now and can say I'm very happy with this unit. The window accessorie that comes with the unit doesnt fit my window and I need to purchase the material one but omg with the hose out the window and blinds shut it does an amazing job. I have it in the living room and It even cools the bedroom that is off the living room(I am in an upstairs 4 in a block). It is a bit noisy but i can put yp with that to feel comfortable in this heat. I love that it is 5 in 1 and has a heating setting, I will store and use this in my outside cabin in the colder weather.
