A good item, worth the money, with a few exceptions

So I installed the fan in my conservatory. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the item and unpacked it. It was well packed/protected and in good shape. Manufacturing quality was good, instructions were easy to read & interpret. All needed screws, electric caps, bits were present so nothing missing. The remote was quite easy to use, looked smart, and works well. The need for black electrical tape was a little strange, as was the use of twist wire caps. I can only surmise North American design, manufactured in UK (Ipswich).
The few exceptions though and reason for downgrading from 5 to 4 stars included: -
1.) Dark walnut effect side of blades look scuffed/damaged when made. I could not use the dark side so had to use the lighter side.
2.) Screws included were somewhat silly to use. Instructions called for a 150lb test on the brace. I was not even going to try with these screws as they looked like 5mmx25mm screws. I used 4 - 8mmx50mm coach screws instead.
3.) AAA batteries for the remote were not included. Bit silly to cheap out on something so trivial.
