Bought treadmill, came great delivery, unfortunately after a few months use there was an issue with the coco/ app that voice controls the treadmill, contacted the supplier and communication was great. Tried to get the part from China to sort the issue but took too long and was given a full refund.
The product support and help what I received was amazing and would recommend their products on customer service alone, I was just unfortunate waiting for the part.

Amazingly fast delivery as usual from amazon. Ordered it Wednesday afternoon, delivered Thursday morning.
Easy to unpack, but it is heavy so I'd recommend 2 people. I managed it myself but did have plenty of space available. It would be much harder in a tighter space.
Putting it together is easy, 4 steps. 6 bolts.
The belt is gripped and seems strong. The features all work, Bluetooth, calorie counter, speed, wireless control, touch screen controls and the heart monitor all seemed fine after a quick test of each.
It feels well made but nowhere near as strong as the ones in the gym (they're likely 5x the price so I am not going to whinge about that). I'm 86kg and the motor had no problem going 9kph on a 15% incline. The incline motion is automatic and smooth and you can set it from 0 degrees all the way up to 15. Again, I had no issues changing the incline whilst the belt was moving at 9kph.
The platform is wide enough and long enough to get a good safe workout.
I've only had it a few hours, so can't comment on the longetivity but I'll update this review after a few weeks of usage.

A very well built and sturdy machine has three ways of using where you can select straight from the treadmill panel, or via the Gymax App on Android or Apple I phones or you can just speak to your treadmill and tell it what you want it to do, that's "Speed Up, Slow Down, Change the level of the treadmill platform and much more.
Would highly recommend.
