Good Product but let down by assembled quality.I have no problem with the item itself, but it was let down by the poor factory assembling.
The wooden slats going across the base are held with plastic end covers, with two grommets each side that are pressed into the frame, unfortunately one side of a slate was hanging loose and another not fully inserted, as the bed was needed with no time to return for a replacement, we, with difficulty as the plastic grommets had been squat, decided to repair it, using some wood blocks and "G" clamps to pull them into place. Also there is a kink in part of the frame tubing, although this does not affect it's use.Posted on

Good product, awful deliveryProduct seems good quality. Sturdy. Easy to put up and down.
Delivery was 2 days late and I had to spend a lot of time chasing DHL.
Amazon please do not strike this review out like you have others. It is absolutely the seller's responsibility as to which carrier they use, how they liaise with that courier and how they choose to communicate with their client re late deliveries.Posted on

Great buyI bought this bed rather than sleep on the couch as my husband needs a hospital bed and we can't fit another bed in the bedroom. It was well packaged and easy to assemble and is surprisingly sturdy and well made. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's very comfortable. I'm glad I bought the model with the raised bits to keep the matress on. The only negative I have is the pillow slips off the end. This was easily fixed by putting a pillow between the matress and raised bit of the frame as a bit of a headboard. No other problems or issues. It's a great buy.

Slightly better than most but the still cheap parts. Not going to lastThis bed looks steady and proper however when you look properly same cheep materials, plastic slats cases etc.
mattress is as hard as a rock; mine arrived without one bolt to attach the wheel- it took a week to reach the seller and three attempts with pictures to explain what was missing- they kept offering to return it.. but finally got it. I was hoping this would be a better quality product for this pricePosted on

Well built and comfortableAlmost everything about this bed is lovely. The build quality the comfort the overall look and the portability. There is only one complaint I can see and that is the hight from the floor. This bed is way too low to the ground and causes huge problems for an elderly lady who has used it and my sister who is currently using it and has mobility problems. Neither of them can get up from it or down to it without help from someone else. This may not be a problem for a young fit person or a young child but elderly and anyone with mobility difficulties will find it hard to access without another person. Would I recommend this bed? Yes based on build quality and having a comfortable mattress yes I would but this bed is limited to who can access it on their own or they will need assistance.
