Perfect for nails.I needed a desk I could pack away for my nail hobby. The side compartments are perfect for bottles and files, with a nice space in the footwell for my uv lamp and drill. It's nice and sturdy, easy to pack away and easy to assemble.

Best productsI'm glad I ordered for this. Very amazing and easy to set up if you follow the guidelines on the video. As a female I always look for a family or male friend to set anything relating to mechanical work for me. Unfortunately I have no one around me at the moment so I was initially scared of how to do it, but thanks to the video, I was able to figure it out without stress. All the parts are of good quality. You will never regret it......

The only thin is that I can not wit the sewing machine on the middle shelf as door can not be closed. Shelf’s on the door are positioned well and when closed does not give enough space for the sewing machine. It fits if I put it on the floor underneath the middle shelf

FlimsyI use this for my sewing machine and assorted bits, to keep my kitchen table clear. After just 2 weeks, one of the wheels broke so I had to buy more heavy-duty ones. The back of the unit could do with an extra piece of wood to brace it because wheeling it on carpet shows how flimsy it is.

Looks goodPutting it together was good
Took hour and half on my own not 50mins
At the end noted flap was wrong way round. Not obvious in plans but still workable but should have the hole downwards onto a dowel
My biggest problem was 50% of the screws did not grip so kept on turning so don’t know how long until this will start loosening!Posted on

Sew n sewEasy to assemble, quite sturdy and a nice colour, the only thing I thought odd was the tiny raw plug that sits in the hole in the lid, overall it does its job.

Bought as Sewing Machine CabinetWouldn't take my sewing machine or my overlocker and close the door. My Machine had to sit on top and my overlocker had to sit on the floor. Not Ideal

Good but not GreatOverall, disappointed in the amount of alterations we had to do in order to get all the pieces to fit and for the door to function properly.
When we got the delivery we were both very excited. The box arrived slightly damaged but thought nothing of it. When we opened the box we noticed a few marks/chips/dents on the door & side panel but as we are planning on painting this in a few years, we didn't think much of it. During the building we had to alter some of the holes that had already been drilled into the panels as they were in the wrong place. Once we had finished building, we were happy until we tried to close the door, thats when we realised that the magnetic closure for the door was set too far back and doesn't close the door so we have had to fill the pilot holes and re-drill the nail holes to re-position the magnetic closure so the door would stay closed.Posted on

Bit underwhelmingI have to say I'm a little disappointed with the quality of this product. It looks just like the picture and the description is spot on, but it feels cheap, the screws were of a poor quality and for the money, I expected better. Its expensive but there isn't much else out there like it, hence I took the plunge. I'd just advise you to expect an average product, because that's what it feels like, not what the price suggests

Cheap lookingLove the concept of having a table for craft/sewing/desk. Perfect size closed and opened. unfortunately the 3 shelves on door prevents anything sitting on shelf, there is no back to the unit and the accessories (wheel brackets, dowel) makes it useless and cheap. Was hoping to store sewing machine on shelf inside but door won't shut due to storage shelves. Now it's made up too late to send back. Does half the job and will use as desk for laptop. Dowel supposed to be left in hole so that holds door when open but ridiculous. Taken out to store but not good design overall.

I'm a woman pensioner with Arthritis and I assembled it myselfI'm used to proper woodwork but arthritis has put paid to that. I needed a new cabinet but the ones on offer are either extremely expensive, too big, or don't take heavy machines. Then I saw this, then the price went down by a considerable sum. I unpacked it, all pieces were clearly marked. I used wood glue on all rawlplugs, the bare chipboard on shelf and strengthener pieces, as I followed each of the pictures. I had bought a drill/driver but found that as the screws are so thin, I managed with just a screwdriver and a pair of pliers. (That's why wood glue is so important). Two things though, 1. There is plain chipboard at bottom edges of sides, surely these could have had melamine strips as other edges have. I think I'll put a dab of wood glue along these to seal them from dampness. 2. The door in the open position is only held by a loose rawlplug, I'll fit a small bolt. My bigger Horn cabinet has this and it works well. I recommend this cupboard/cabinet to anyone who either doesn't have a thousand pounds plus for a named version with a lift, or just wants a budget version. The big difference is :- there is no air lift with this one, But, you can buy a self fit air lift now from H***. I looked at them but as this is for my embroidery machine I decided against it. I'm too impatient anyway.
I did try to post a photo but everything disappeared from my screen and I had to start again, anyway it looks exactly as the picture on Amazon, the colour natural probably is natural for something, but doesn't match any of my other craft room furniture, it is darker, so if you have any white that may be a better option for you. I am happy though, very happy.Posted on

Don’t put shelf upside down like usSewing. after reading instructions took about an hour out a few things on upside down or back to front as instructions didn’t seem to be that clear but managed it and am so pleased with it was wondering if it would be sturdy enough and no jumping off machine but it is really good

holes drilled out of lignits ok, easy to put together but when i come to put the door on it wont fit, looking closer the holes for the wheel are in the wrong place,just slightly too low so the door hinges cannot align. Not too much of a problem i hope, just have to drill then again. Not everyone will want to do this but after all the time put in to put it together no way am i dismantling it to send it back.

Good addition to sewing roomOnce built this cabinet looks quite good, sturdy and fit for purpose, several little niggles stopped a five star rating though. The dowels were mostly to small in diameter and I used glue to fix in place although not shown in instructions. Most of the screws did not bite, maybe a larger size would be better. The cabinet is stable though, so does not seem to effect the end result. The bolts for the wheels are too long and stick out a good half inch. Finally the instructions could be made clearer, especially once fitting all the finished components come together. After all these comments I do really like the cabinet and it works well for my sewing machine, and bits and bobs.

FabulousThis unit is a great item to have. It’s compact when closed but has loads of space when open for cutting fabric and ironing. It’s very sturdy and has handy shelves for cotton reels and my cutting tools.

Good space saving tableIt's a good little table, exactly what I was looking for. Arrived promptly, came well packaged and was cheaper than on manufacturers website!
Pros:
- Its great for space saving and looks very neat when folded.
- The shelves on the door are just the perfect size to store my sewing supplies, and the big shelf is perfect for my sewing machine (I was worried it wouldn't be able to fit on there).
- The design itself is compact and unlike anything else I've seen, especially for sewing/crafting.
Cons:
- The materials/individual components are not the best of quality. Examples: some of the pre-drilled holes were slightly misaligned, and as such the screws would go in at an angle; wheels are not great either, I'm expecting to need to replace them eventually; there is a gap next to the hinges when the top is folded, and because of misaligned pre-drilled holes, it is sitting slightly squint - not too noticeable at a glance, however (this one is provably the most annoying one).
- Assembly instructions could be better. They were clear enough, and I managed to assemble mine in one evening, but I kept going back and forth trying to figure out what screws go where, so it took me longer than the 50 minutes instruction manual claims.
Overall, the table was good value for money, and exactly what I needed/expected it to be for the price. I gave 4 stars as imho the pre-drilled holes shouldn't be misaligned or slightly bigger than required for some of the screws, as it gives the feeling of shoddy handywork, however as it didn't actually impact the final product and its function I still believe this little table is a good addition to my home.Posted on

Superbly manufacturedI bought this sewing table for my wife to put in her new "crafting room". I put this together today in about an hour and the quality and fitment of the parts is so good it brought tremendous satisfaction. Everything about this unit seemed to be precision made, nothing needed forcing, nothing needed bending into shape, all just perfect. For those looking for a foldaway sewing table I'd have no hesitation on recommending this product.

Helpful extra spaceIf you don’t have a lot of space this helps a lot.
It was easy to build and looks nice at the end of my living room.
It opens smoothly and the top flips open without drama and has a good bump protection on it.
Space in the cupboard is limited but enough to stash pens and other accessories.

Needs brackets to stabilise the unitThis was fairly straightforward to assemble until I got to the door, the instructions were unclear and I damaged the hinges, however I managed to bend them back into shape. The whole unit was quite wobbly and needed some brackets to make it sturdy. I do not think this unit is worth the £125.00 price tag

Instructions useless.The quality is non existent. In two places fitting locking screws near the edge of one side completely broke away. Fortunately I had both spare ones and wood glue. Looking at the make up of the pieces the inner part has not been pressed down enough. It is not very firm hence the pieces on the edges broke up. I personally think £124 is a lot of money for what it is. I have found sitting at it it is a bit high for me, but I like the extra part along the side. Very useful if you have lots of fabric. Just a pity the material used to make it is not the best.

Great sewing table/cabinetFor the money this sewing table is excellent, strong and sturdy. The only negative is the colour - I would not class it as natural, it is darker than that, more of a brown.

Does it’s jobIt was very fiddly to put together, some of the instructions aren’t brilliantly clear, just pictures no words. Some of the dowels are a bit flimsy and broke, luckily I had spare. It’s easier to put together If you have a drill like me - still took me nearly 3 hours.

After securing the hinges the door keeps falling off..I like that it is just the right width but I dislike that after mounting the hinges to the panel (4) to the side panel (2) , the door keeps falling off when I opened it up.

Pleasantly surprisedI was pleasantly surprised at how good this folding table is. I bought it as a sewing table and I'm delighted with it. I had read a few reviews which said it was very flimsy but mines is really sturdy and good quality. It did take me longer than the recommended 50 minutes to build but I'm no DIY expert. The instructions are quite straightforward until the last couple of sections but luckily my husband was able to help me. It looks good and is perfect for my needs!!

Great piece of kitI bought this for my sewing room and it’s perfect for my space. Only downside is the hinged table section has separated when I was moving the table. This was due to the screws used on the hinges being way too short. I’ve now used longer screws and the table is just fine.

Price increaseIncrease price! I had placed this in basket a week later to find it had gone up in price. Easy to put together however the wheels look cheap and the two that have the locking mechanism actually do not stop the item from moving, not the when using a sewing machine. Lovely to look at, not sure it's worth the money.

Does it's job nicelyNot as easy to put together as the instructions say but not too difficult although it did take me a couple of hours. I have used both my sewing machine and overlocker on this (not together on the table top) and this has proved sturdy enough.

Pleasantly surprisedSpace constraints required a unit which could be tucked in the corner when not in use but would be large enough to cut out fabric when open. This fits the bill beautifully. It was easy to assemble, I did it unassisted having done a lot of DIY in the past, with all of the pieces being present, correct and undamaged. The instructions were clear and everything fitted together pretty well. An extra locking castor on the door would be useful when it is opened out but otherwise it is a good design and reasonable materials quality for the price.
