This is a vibration pad.This is a nice vibrating pad. It doesn't provide a deep massage, but the heat is nice and there's a massage mechanism near the neck, which is the only area it really massages. It's well made and shipped quickly.

Definitely worth it!The packaging is beautiful and easy to store (but why would you want to store it?!). You can remove the acupressure pillow or store it with the massage pad (heated or non-heated). It's easy to use and comes with a remote control for selecting different massage/vibration modes. It's a great value and perfect for a relaxing night—the pillow relieved the tension in my neck (which had been giving me headaches) in just minutes, and the heating function is very gentle (it doesn't make you sweat like other products). I absolutely recommend it! I also have a scalp massager from this brand. Another very high-quality product.

Helps with chronic back pain from day oneAs a computer programmer, I've suffered from chronic back pain for over 40 years due to my job requiring me to sit hunched over a computer screen. This back massager significantly reduced my pain from the first time I used it. I've been using the back massage program and then the neck massage program separately, as I've found that when the back massager is placed on my upper back, my neck doesn't actually make contact with the neck massager. I like the adjustable height of the neck massager, as I'm 6'2". You can also adjust the neck massager down to the top of my upper back, an area that the back massager alone can't reach. I use it twice a day and have found it very effective. My wife, although skeptical at first, has commented that she enjoys it and that her back feels much more relaxed. Tip: Don't use it too often. I'd start with once a day to see how it responds, then gradually increase the frequency. A maximum of three sessions is recommended.

This is exactly what I wanted!Hi, I've only been using it for a few days, but I have to say it's already met and exceeded my expectations and hopes—which is quite a novelty in today's world! I bought it to promote post-workout recovery and better sleep. I've used (and still have) handheld electric massagers and other types of massage devices, and I appreciate their effectiveness in this regard. In my opinion, heat enhances the effect—at least at the time, it felt better, so that was enough for me. I feel that the multiple massage nodes and fully heated cushion—plus the differences in the Shiatsu neck massage—both enhance and expedite the process—while also allowing me (most importantly!!) to laze in front of the TV in my most lazy way! First and foremost, I found the material very comfortable to lay on—the neck pillow was only slightly uncomfortable due to my positioning, and some people might find the mechanism a bit uncomfortable (personally, I don't, simply because the rest of it is so comfortable!), but in that regard, it easily exceeded my expectations. There are five different massage modes to choose from, and I can see them all being useful (I sometimes rotate between them), but there's always one that I like best! It's more powerful than my handheld massager and much quieter—despite the extra nodes. The heat option is great—it takes a few minutes to activate, and handheld options barely produce noticeable heat, while this thing actually warms you up (especially if you're skimping on heat to save a few bucks! Of course, I'm not...). The Shiatsu neck massager has a timer of about 10 or 15 minutes, while the mat has a timer of 30. It's easy to get a really good massage. I'm sure it would be easy to put it in bed and roll over to massage the front of my body. I personally would use my handheld massager as well—I have it, so I'll use it! All in all, I highly recommend this product—especially considering the price. If you only want one massager, this would be my only choice, hands down!

Love itI've been using it for four years and love it. It sits on my ironing/sewing chair, and I turn it on and listen to the radio while I work. It's pure heaven. It hurts at first, a bit like going to a physical therapist, but it's worth it because once you get used to it, it helps with muscle injuries. It still works just as well as the day I bought it, so it's worth the money, as I no longer need to go to a physical therapist as much.

Expensive but good quality and effectivebought this product because I was experiencing a lot of stress in my shoulders and back and didn't have the time or money for a weekly massage! So far (after just two uses), I've found it to be really good. The massage is quite powerful, so I did feel a little sore the next day (but I might have massaged too long!). It definitely helped with the knots in my muscles, and I felt less sore afterwards. The heat was comfortable, but not as strong as I would have liked. The backrest is quite high, so it doesn't fit my armchair well, but the stop function at the desired height is effective, as is the "fixed position" function, which allows you to keep the massager on a specific point on your back. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase; it seems well-made, although it might seem a bit pricey. Delivery was very quick and convenient. I highly recommend this product.

Amazing productThis is amazing! I sneezed and herniated a disc two hours ago, and I've had pain in the middle of my back since 2010. I received this product this morning. After giving my son a massage, he was in pain, so I decided to plug it in (I bought a massage chair a few weeks ago, which turned out to be a vibrator with a heating pad, but I still need a new recliner). I could not exaggerate, and I immediately felt a huge relief from the sciatic nerve in my lower back all the way up to my shoulders. When my son's mom came to pick him up, I asked her to try it, and you could tell by the look on her face (she doesn't have back problems), but she really enjoyed the free massage. I highly recommend this product. I don't usually leave reviews, especially 5 stars, but if I could give it 10 stars, I would. Unfortunately, the strap on the product broke, exposing the foam back, but overall, I'm very happy with it. I would recommend a chair that can recline slightly, although I don't think an upright chair would be as effective because it would move your back and neck as it massages different areas.

homedics shiatsu 2.0 massager.This massager is suitable for people of average height. The massage nodes in the Shiatsu mode rotate but remain stationary, somewhat like a kneading thumb. This massager offers several settings, including full back massage, upper or lower waist massage, and heat, which can be turned on and off during the massage. It also has a rolling mode, which, like a thumb moving up and down, allows you to adjust the width of the massage along both sides of the spine. A drawback, in my opinion, is that I would have liked a width adjustment similar to the rolling mode in the Shiatsu mode. It works well in use, shutting off after 15 minutes to prevent overuse or damage. The massager is still suitable for those taller than me. It also has a cover that can be placed on the front area to reduce the protrusion of the massage nodes, allowing for a gentler sensation with less pressure. Overall, I've only been using it for less than a week, twice daily, and I find it helpful, but not as effective as a soft, firm pair of hands.

Excellent and powerful massagerMany years ago, I had a massage chair that I loved until it wore out. Since I now live in an apartment and don't have room for a very expensive replacement chair, I bought this massager, thinking it would be a worthless replacement. It turned out to be a well-rounded, powerful massager that I can move from one chair to another. The back massage is incredibly powerful. In fact, I specifically put a foam pad under the seat cover to soften the impact. The neck massager is also perfect for my height (5'6"). I can't comment on its pain relief effectiveness, as I only use it for a relaxing massage, and I don't have back pain, so I've reduced one star in that regard because I wasn't able to test it. Overall, this is a reasonably priced, well-made device that's a great replacement for my worn-out massage chair.

Might come back.I'm a 5'7" woman, and I feel it's too small. If it's positioned properly for a neck massage, it's too high for a lower back massage. And if it's positioned properly for a lower back massage, the neck is below the shoulders. I'm planning to try a different chair. The product itself is good quality and works well. I'll update my review if I buy it.

Absolutely excellent massagerThis is amazing! I've been having some back pain lately, including mild sciatica in my lower back. Today, while sitting in my office chair, I suddenly felt like trying this! I strap it to the chair, and it feels like a massage! Buy, buy, buyOh my goodness, this is insane! I've been suffering from severe joint pain in my shoulders and a lot of stress in my back...this product works amazingly! The great thing about this VA full-seat massager is that you can move the cushion up and down the back of the chair to massage exactly where you want it. Strong and effective!Wow—this is amazing! Setup was quick and easy, and the massage power is amazing! I often experience stress and tension in my back and shoulders, and I was a little skeptical about the effectiveness of this massager, but it's truly amazing. It reaches deep into the muscles, and I just sat in a chair and gently leaned my back against it. It seemed to hit all the right spots, like under my shoulder blades. The different directions of the massage head can target different muscles, and sometimes one direction works better than another. I can imagine this being a perfect massager for bedtime, allowing you to truly relax. The only reason I initially gave it four stars instead of five was that the left side of the massage head had a click, which slightly detracted from the relaxing effect and made me wonder if it was stuck when rotating, since there was no click on the other side. However, as a massager, it works great, and it just arrived an hour ago! I highly recommend it! Addendum: I've since bought another one for a friend, and he loves it.

This is the best massage pillow on the market right nowI've tried every type of massager on the market, but they either didn't work or broke because they weren't strong enough. Finally, I found one that works on every part of my body: my neck, back, butt, legs, you name it. It's powerful enough that it won't stop even if you put your weight on it. It changes direction every minute and even heats up if you need it. The on/off control is under the lid, and the cord is long enough that you can even use it in your car. But best of all, it's a great value for a one-time payment that gives you access to a wonderful full-body massage anytime. Time will tell if it lasts.

Buy it you won't be disappointed.Why did you choose this product over others? : I checked the reviews, and they're spot-on. I've been experiencing radiating pain in my arms for the past few days. I received this the other day and have already tried it out: a 15-minute, comfortable neck massage! I know it won't go away overnight, but oh my goodness, it's an amazing machine! Definitely worth the money. Pressure: You really feel like you're being massaged—very deep and satisfying. Massage Quality: Excellent—it rotates for 15 minutes, stopping after a few seconds and switching positions occasionally. I use it for my neck, but it would be even better for my lower back and other areas. It even has a car ignition connection. Quality: Well-made, with simple instructions. Value for money: I can't imagine buying a product of this quality at this price.

Fully functional and easy to carrywas visiting my parents-in-law, and they have a massage chair—one of those heavy, expensive ones. It feels really good and relaxing. However, I had no place to put it. I was so happy to find this portable massager on Costway. What I like: 1. The neck and shoulder height adjustment. Unfortunately, you can't do both at the same time. You need to lower it to the lowest setting to massage the middle of your shoulders. Then, if I move it to the highest setting, it massages my skull. It's really good when I have a headache. 2. It massages the middle and lower back. It targets the major muscles, just like a larger sofa massager. 3. The air pressure on the lower back—just like a larger sofa massager, although it doesn't fully wrap around the lower back, but it feels good. 4. The vibration and heat—again, like its older sibling. All in all, it has all the features I've tried at my parents-in-law's, except for the arm and foot massagers, which I don't really need right now. It comes with a removable leather lining to reduce discomfort during the massage—a nice feature—but I don't really need it. It's useful if you're letting a friend use it and want to ensure hygiene. It's portable, but not lightweight, so I wouldn't want to move it around too often (and potentially hurt my back!). Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

Relax!I've been using this massager for a few weeks and it's very relaxing. It's not a shiatsu massager, but a vibration one. It has a lot of settings. For me, the most relaxing setting is the rolling mode, medium intensity, and the heat function. I actually don't use it on a recliner or sofa, but rather flat on my bed. I just prefer it that way. I'm petite, so the massage effect is quite good. The good thing is that a single massage can last half an hour, and it's very convenient. Also, the back of the massager is non-slip and comes with a strap so it can be securely attached to a chair. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Shake wellSome vibration functions are a bit loud, for example, making it difficult to hear the TV. The low-speed function works perfectly. The remote control would benefit from a longer cord to make it easier to see the functions. Also, for easier access to the power outlet, it would be helpful to be able to switch between the right and left sides of the chair. It's currently located on the left side. The material is thick and very comfortable. Overall, it's a good choice. The heating function is fast. The neck straps fit car headrests; they won't stretch over regular chairs, but they are non-slip and work well on armchairs or sofas. The pain relief device has not yet been fully road-tested, but initial signs are very positive.

uncomfortableI originally bought this to replace my office chair with a built-in massage function because it was cheaper and the massage seemed to be improved. However, even when placed on the sofa, it's uncomfortable to sit on and is very bulky. It's really only suitable for use at home. The massage effect is okay, but not exceptional. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Finally, there is a really useful acupressure chairHonestly, I've never been a fan of massage chairs; they always disappoint. Due to chronic back pain, I bought this one based on a recommendation, and it truly didn't disappoint. First, the packaging was beautifully presented, free of wasteful plastic and trash (which is crucial), and it was ready to use right away. While I did read the instructions, you really don't need to; the controls are intuitive and easy to use. The back cushion can be adjusted from a low position to a comfortable height for a firm but painless massage. I'm 6'4", so the top of the back cushion rests just below my shoulder blades, but my wife is 5'4", so the cushion hugs her back nicely. The back cushion works well and feels great, and I wasn't disappointed. The neck cushion is adjustable, allowing me to adjust the massage from my shoulders to the top of my neck, with the same comfortable pressure. (Note: My 5-foot-tall wife found the neck massage pad too high, so it didn't work. That's not a big deal, though, because the cushion actually provides back support. If you really need an intense neck massage, you should buy a reclining massage pillow instead of a sitting one...it's much more effective for your neck.) I've never been a fan of vibration massages, and I didn't know the cushion had air pressure points, so I wasn't worried. I tried the back massage while sitting (which was great), the targeted massage on certain acupressure points (also great), and the neck massage (also great), then I saw the button labeled "Auto." I pressed it. And… oh my… wow… it just started blending all the elements, the vibration and air pressure, together, and I was practically blown away. The whole was far greater than the sum of its parts, and the components worked together seamlessly, evolving slowly and continuously, creating a relaxing yet engaging massage experience. Now, I use them even for a localized lower back massage, because the added vibrations and air pressure help you relax and focus on the key aspects of the massage. You can set the chair to focus on one function, or multiple simultaneously... or just turn it on auto mode—it's incredibly flexible. Trust me, when you hit auto mode, it takes over and brings you to your climax—it's truly amazing. For straightforward issues, I think this chair is best for back problems. You can focus on areas like the lower or mid-back for an intense massage. If you place a cushion behind the firm chair back and lie on it at about a 20-25 degree angle, the pressure increases, making the massage more intense. For a neck massage, the chair is fine and certainly helps, but as I said, for a more intense neck massage, using a massage pillow is more effective. However, it's great to get a neck massage while relaxing your back. While the chair's vibrations and air pressure massage are very comfortable when combined with other massage methods, they're not very therapeutic on their own, so it's not practical for hip or leg muscle issues. (No massage chair can address this as that is another area that may require manual massage). However, the intense back massage, well-placed neck massage, and overall relaxing and therapeutic effect far exceeded my expectations, making it the first massage chair I have ever strongly recommended, and I highly recommend it. Note: The seat folds up and slides easily into small spaces when not in use, and it is also quick and easy to remove, and it has excellent controls that are very intuitive to use. If you have a sore back, or you just want to sit down and enjoy a comfortable 15 minutes of massage and pampering anytime, then choose this massage chair, you will not be disappointed. Amazing product and qualityThis massage system is an absolute breeze. I've used it almost every day for the past few days and it's been fantastic. It can be powerful or gentle, and interestingly, you can easily adjust the intensity by adding a layer of cloth. Quality - 5 stars: The build quality is really good, easily supporting about 80 kg, and the motor massages without issue. Noise - 4 stars: After six days of using the massage, I heard a slight noise from the neck motor, but it wasn't excessive. Customer Service - 5 stars: None so far, but I contacted them to activate my free 2-year warranty, which they did immediately and told me it was done! Functionality - 5 stars: They must have thought of every possible feature, including the positioning of the massage heads, vibration, air pressure massage, and heat. They did a fantastic job, and it's really easy to use! Overall, this is an amazing product that shouldn't be missed!

Clumsy snailWell-made. The massage is good. The seat vibration is a bit weak, but it's very comfortable. The heating effect is not noticeable and requires a little warming up after the first use (15 minutes). All functions work in "Auto" mode, and the user experience is also good. I had to return the product due to a malfunction (confirmed by the manufacturer). The air cushion makes a clicking sound when fully pressurized, which sounds like the valve is not closed. Return it for a full refund.

Excellent massageI've had back pain for years, and even just walking around the house causes pain, likely due to poor posture. A 15-minute massage with this machine relieved the discomfort and was incredibly relaxing. The trick to using this type of device is to sit upright, not lean back, so the rollers gently touch you. You can then gauge the desired intensity by moving slightly. Leaning back can be a bit painful, especially around the ribs. Finding the right position is crucial for a very comfortable massage. This is a well-made gadget and I highly recommend it.

Very happyI had a pinched nerve for several weeks. Physical therapy helped, but this product really reduced the stiffness/tension in my back/neck/shoulder. It's on my office chair, and I've used it almost every day since I bought it. I had to replace my original elastic band because it wouldn't fit in my chair.

If you enjoy deep massages, this will become your new best friend!Oh my goodness, I'm covered in bruises today! This massager is amazing! Honestly, I love to give it a good press, and this one definitely lived up to my expectations! My rheumatoid arthritis flared up yesterday in my elbow, just below my shoulder blade near my armpit. The pressure goes numb up my entire arm, and it feels amazing. I usually use a massage ball against the wall, but I decided it was time for an upgrade because it's so worth it! So after reading so many reviews, I chose this one, and I'm not mad because it works so well! If you like a gentle massage then this is the massager for you because when it feels good you tend to lean a little and that's when it can hurt (hurt your body, not the massager, but if you do that over and over I doubt it will last long!) that's where I am today, I'm bruised and sore but it was definitely worth it, we'll do it again tonight hahaha to sum it up if you like a harder massage ✅ if you don't ❌ it's very quiet, has a long cable, easy to control remotely, changes direction every 60 seconds but if you change it yourself it stays in the direction you chose because sometimes the "other way" doesn't feel as good, sorry if this review sounded a bit salacious but that was really my intention as I just turned 46 and I have too much time on my hands hahaha buy it you won't be disappointed

A bit too intenseI find this massager a bit rough. It's not comfortable to use on my back. I can't always find a comfortable position. It has a strap to prevent it from moving around on the chair.

Not only can it help you relax your backbought this primarily for my girlfriend, who has delicate shoulders and often needs me to press her back with my thumbs to help her relax. As a loving boyfriend, I'm always happy to help, but my poor thumbs can only take so much, and getting to the deep tissue can be quite difficult. This massage chair is sturdy! Honestly, I feel like I could move a car with it, and that power is transferred directly to your aching back and neck. As an added bonus, it keeps you warm while vibrating upwards from the back. With the press of a button, it runs for 15 minutes, massaging up and down your back, or you can lock it in place. The neck is height-adjustable, so you can push it towards your shoulders or the base of your head. The heat is subtle and not too much, as the massaging action itself does create a warming sensation. The power cord is long enough for me to easily place the massage cushion on the chair and move it around, and it has a Velcro strap for a more secure fit. While it folds fairly flat, it's easy to remove and slide under a table when not in use. The leather is of great quality, soft and comfortable to the touch, and overall it's a great product that gave my poor thumb a nice rest!
