Use all the timeGreat for drying clothes and heating the room. I use it with a plug countdown timer so it switches off after a couple of hours.

Heats and dries the towelsBought this heated towel rail a few weeks ago for my bathroom, as there is no heating in there apart from a very old 2kW convection fan heater, that does work (at a high cost), but is more of a breeding ground for spiders.
I decided to set the heated towel rail up as a stand alone rather than a wall mounted heater due to the house being a rental.
It provides adequate heating to dry the towels and does not use much electricity. I leave it on every night, and all day when it's a bit more chilly outside.
It's a great towel rail/heater.
One thing that I found fault with though, is with it rocking slightly. I swapped the legs around, but it still rocked, so a felt pad on the one foot has sorted that out.

Simply good heat railIt is very straightforward to install. I can’t be bothered to mount it on the wall in bathroom, which requires extra wiring to be done. So I just set it up as stand alone unit. It warms up very quickly. I was wondering where is the thermostat to control it, which is missing on this product. But it is rated 100w, and will not go super hot. Probably that’s why it isn’t one there to control it. I do turn it off when towel are dried. Recommend!

Q: The last picture appears to show an overseas plug. Does the towel rail come with a UK plug or an appropriate adaptor?A: Yes, our appliances come with UK plugs. The previous picture was wrong.
