A: This product will be shipped in 2 boxes by DHL and may be delivered at different times. The main tool used for installing this product is a Phillips screwdriver.

Q: Hello, I see that it says "The wire mesh of the outdoor cat house can be taken off" is this just for a window or can it be the size of a door so it can be put straight to the back door so they are able to go in.

A: The wire mesh is nailed to the frame with code nails and is not easy for recovery after removal and is not recommended to be removed.
