Size is good for my kitchenWas going to buy a front loading washing machine but the plastic water waste pipe from my combi boiler is connected to the trap under the sink and is only the single type and their is isn't enough space to connect a double trap, and all the taps in my home are the normal non screw type. so I connected the water hose to the water inlet under the sink and the waste water pipe goes in the sink. at the same time I bought a 3 metre hose and a cheap hole cutter to make the hole for the hose also bought a dolly for the machine around so it can go near the sink for the waste hose. and being the 4.5kg version means more clothes can be washed and they come out clean. beats hand washing and the size is good enough for my kitchen.

Very worth itHighly recommended , it does the job of a regular machine . For a single person person or couple is definitely worth it . Clothes are coming out dry enough .;It’s not that small as it looks in the picture however this was not an issue for me .

PerfectWhat a brilliant machine, I can’t plumb in a washing machine where I live but why would you having used this one I can wash whole set of double bedding , towels it’s brilliant washing comes out as clean as a plumbed in machine the only issues is the inlet pipe doesn’t fit my taps but look at the picture in reviews so else did where they jubilee clipped pipe to tap and other end in machine so that’s what I will be doing.

whatawshermy place is accessible by a spiral external staircase.... I carried it up.. no issue... amazing wash even more so with the new short cycle detergent now available... I putine on wheels.... the kind you move heavy appliances.. moves around freeky and I lock the front wheels when I use.. even quieter as a. result

Superb!I am impressed with the performance of this washing machine. This purchase was intended to be a temporary measure, but I'm so pleased with the simplicity of it's operation and excellent wash results, that I have abandoned the idea of looking for a new front loading machine. Well done Costway!
One pointer, you need to have the correct pipe connection, which fortunately I had, but I understand it could be an initial hurdle for some. Other than that, I've not looked back..☺️Posted on

Will fit almost anywhere, great little machine.Where l live has limited space, the kitchen is very small.A normal washing machine wouldn't fit anywhere.This little beauty just fit's in my shower room, and gives a good wash. I totally recommend this washing machine .

Perfect for Apt DwellersIt really is ideal if you have live in an apt and don't have a lot of space. All you have to do is hook it up to your sink with the appropriate hookups and you're able to do a few small loads. You can't overload this machine, I would say no more than 10 small items (underwear, shirts) and 2-4 pants, less if it's jeans. I'm so glad that I found this machine and I was so happy that I didn't have to go to a laundromat anymore.

Great machine, good value for moneyI bought this machine last week. It’s a really good machine, it is really well made for what it is, it holds a good size load of laundry, at least 3/4 full standard laundry basket. It washes really well, with plenty of room for the clothes to move around and the spin cycle is adequate at drying clothes, not as fast as a front loader but it’s good enough.
I only have a few minor complaints and it’s nothing to do with the performance of the machine, my concerns could easily be rectified.
1. The fill hose it comes with is only 1m long, so it’s pretty short, there is also no adapter supplied, to fix it to your tap, so you have to source your own, it would be good if it came with a quick connect adapter that attaches to your tap in place of the taps aerator, then the washer hose just clicks on, I have seen these on the US versions of these machines.
2. The cord is very short, maybe 1.5m, so you will need an extension lead, if you’re planning on using this machine in a bathroom or kitchen, far from a socket.
3. The manual could be better, there is no indication of what the cycles do, so you just have to try it and find out, there is some poor translations to English, in the manual too, could be improved.
Other than that, I am really happy with the machine, it’s not too heavy to pick up and carry to another room, as the body is plastic, it’s easy to use, relatively quiet and does a fantastic job at getting your clothes clean.Posted on

Poor customer serviceI'm giving this a 3* review for now because it's been a week of non-stop trying to figure out how to even just get the water connected to the tap, it's absoultely bonkers that I've spent 200 quid yet there's nothing included with the item to even test if it will connect except one cheapily made pipe which I'll probably need to buy a better replacement for anyway which will be another headstratching hunt I bet...
I mean come on seriously, absouletly no support for one of the most important aspects of the product...
THE WATER CONNECTION, ffs I even went miles around to two different hardware stores even the plumber gave me the wrong adapter after I came home from buying it as 'he was sure it would fit'

Value for moneyAfter purchasing a portable twin tub and lasting a couple years, I was on youtube and saw one of these washing machines in action, thought I could not get one in the UK but hey found one. After much deliberation I went for the plunge and ordered one. came the next day really quick, easy to install. select water level H/M/L program No 1-10 add powder / liquid push start, bish bash bosh, wait for the finish beep and place washing in tumble dryer / washing line done. so much better than the twin tubs. and bigger not far off a full size top loader. well pleased with it.

Perfect for a caravanI've waited to review this. The suggested adapter does not fit straight onto your tap. You need a reducer to get the washing machine connected to the tap. This was not that easy to find but B and Q sold one for £4. It leaks but I put a plastic bag over the sink. The machine is great. Washes well. Quick wash and extra spin takes 28mins. I am so impressed. Hardest bit was getting it to fit the tap in all honesty! Worth every penny.

Great little machineI love this little washing machine. It is quiet and does a small load, wash rinse and spin in about 40 minutes. You have to make sure you have the proper faucet to hook the fill hose into. I was able to find an adapter on Amazon that made my faucet connection fit with the washer fill hose. I also bought a small dolly with locking wheels because I have to move the washer from the corner to the sink to hook it up and it is difficult to move on its own. I have had it for three months, and it works great. Well worth the money not to have to go to the laundromat!!!

Brilliant!Bought for our narrowboat and it absolutely outdoes itself! Had my doubts tbh. But this washes well and spins fantastically. It’s not huge but I’ve managed a double duvet cover ok. Would highly recommend!

good machine rubbish instructionsThe machine itself appears well built and although used only once so far seems to do well on the wash and rinse programme. However the instruction booklet contains no information to explain what each programme does or how long it will take. For example if you select "Fast" what will that programme do? The only way we will discover that is by trial and error. Not good when you purchase a washing machine. If Costway could get further instructions from the maker of the machine that would be greatly appreciated
