No…Below average. Water leaks even when the collection tray is correctly positioned and empty. It doesn't have a UV light installed, nor does it come with the packaging. I bought this primarily for the UV light, compared to other water heaters on Costway. They either received the wrong model, or it doesn't have a UV light and wasn't advertised correctly.

Good but not perfectInstallation was easy for an electrician, and the design is simple and attractive. The space between the poles makes it easy to install multiple items, and the controls are simple and easy to use. The only drawback is that the cord is too short, forcing it to be placed behind the door rather than in the center of the wall, which would have been better. The overall appearance of the bathroom is therefore disappointing.

Maybe its value lies in its functionality, but I don't like its appearance and the way it was receivedLuqixcey Hot Towel Warmer, 5L: I'm not sure the technology behind this product costs, but at face value, it's not worth £80, probably half that. It looks and feels cheap. The basket fits loosely inside the unit, resulting in what I assume are dents on the delicate interior material (reflective metal panels) by the time I got it. I gave it a rough test, and while it worked, the overall quality of the product worries me, as misuse could be dangerous. I'll have to research it and think carefully about whether I should continue using it, as there are many benefits to using hot towels.

Don't be put off by its lightness.It looked flimsy at first, but thankfully, it works. I connected it to an Alexa smart plug so it automatically turns on when I need it. Besides putting a few towels in, it stays in the bathroom all day, keeping an eye on my towels. It's actually pretty good, but I doubt it would hold up with kids around. It's also very lightweight.

Good value for money.This is ideal for frequent entertaining, especially when food is involved (especially barbecues). Greased fingers can easily cause wet wipes to fall apart, and they're not big enough, so a small, warm towel (dark, of course) is a good option. Ultraviolet light kills any bacteria. With the warm and humid environment here, UV rays are a godsend.

Good, but not strong enoughIt dried pants and socks with no problem, and it dried towels just fine, but after a few days of use it wouldn't stand up, and couldn't bear much weight, but it could dry 2 bath towels, and I thought it was OK, and it still works, but one of the plastics on the bottom is broken, and that's why it won't stand up, I don't know what to do, if the plastic wasn't broken, it would be worth a lot, the size and appearance are good.

Stopped working in less than two monthsI bought this in January to replace my old one, which was over five years old. It had been working perfectly until today, when I tried to turn it on, and it tripped the power cord. It hasn't turned on at all since. Apparently, I'm past the return deadline and can't find any repair options, so it's a total waste of almost £100. No points at all.

Hot stone heaterWe used this double-door towel warmer at our Thai massage parlor. It took a while to find what we wanted, but it finally arrived—much sooner than expected, so we're very happy! Very small, but compact in a good way.Very small. The ad image shows a real flannel towel. A bath towel nearly soaked it, but it dried in a few hours. £25? So we bought a second one. Perfect for when the heating is off and the towels need to be dried so they don't smell like wet Labrador. They use 100 watts, which is like using an old-fashioned lightbulb. If you want more power, there are larger capacity dryers available, but for us, this dryer was more than adequate.

More like a napkin/flannel warmerIt's more of a flannel warmer than a towel warmer. If you're good with origami, you might be able to fit a hand towel in there. It also has a weird smell when you first plug it in. I imagine if you're hosting a dinner party and want to impress your guests with warm napkins, this might be the heater for you.
