Great valueThis is slightly heavier than other Rollators but you have to balance that against how it can be folded up to go in a car boot, that was a major consideration for me. I like the easy handle height adjustment that takes seconds.
At first the front wheels seemed stiff when manoeuvring but I am putting that down to it being new as with use either I am getting used to it or the front wheels are bedding in.
I do feel if you are of slight build or infirm this may not be for you by reason of dealing with the folding mechanisms and slightly heavier weight.
Personally I am delighted with mine and feel it represents excellent value for money if suitable for you.
I was aware before purchase that the tyres need inflated and used a car tyre pump without any problems.
I couldn’t find this product at local mobility outlets and purchased online.

Brakes need tightening regularly.;Rubber tires make it easier to go over pebbles/ beach and make for silent travel on paths and over grass. (Just watch out for hummocks).;Ideally I'd like one with even bigger rubber wheels for more ease going over rougher ground/beach. I have to reverse to push over our pebble beach. Seat is really useful for use out walking or in queues when a rest is required.

Honest ReviewFirst off, it was delivered later than specified even though it said next day delivery. Second, the tyres need to be inflated by customer, and as this is not specified in the before sale part, I had to wait another 2 days for a pump to be delivered. Thirdly, I'm in more pain from using this than if I were to walk the same distance independently.;Pros; it has a seat, it's somewhat silent and aesthetically pleasing.;Cons; the front wheels have a mind of their own so I would not recommend for anyone who struggles with upper body strength as you will need a lot to keep this thing from veering off to one side; although the inflated tyres offer less noise they do not in fact reduce vibration; the brakes do immobilise the back wheels but not the front and it can still be pushed at speed with wheels locked (see video), not great for people relying on this to downhill at a safe pace; it is very heavy and took two people to load/unload from a car; very fiddly and time consuming to fold, especially if you rely on taxis; the bag popped off the front while walking. It doesn't say anywhere in ad or user manual what you need to inflated the tyres to, I had to Google this and use my best judgement.;Unfortunately I don't think I can keep this as it's not fit for purpose and creates more problems than it solves, however there is no ption for a door pick up when returning and the return cost is deducted from refund.

saviorI've had knee and hip problems for years and needed a walking aid. I searched all over town for one, but the ones in pharmacies were too expensive. My granddaughter suggested I check Amazon. I found this one in about an hour; it met my requirements for weight capacity, height, and safety, and it's lightweight (19 pounds), so I could easily carry it into the car without help. Assembly took about 30 minutes. The only downside is that it's not suitable for people taller than 5 feet 4 inches (about 1.63 meters); the adjustable handles don't extend that far. Overall, it makes my travels much easier.

The product quality is good, but it lacks a very important locking function.It's larger than we expected and very sturdy and durable. The overall quality is amazing. The seat is spacious and comfortable. Assembly was also easy, although I'm a bit clumsy in this area and couldn't tell which side was the front leg and which was the back leg, but I eventually got it assembled. Moving it is effortless, and the large brake handle makes parking very convenient. This multi-functional walker is versatile. The only downside is that it doesn't have a locking mechanism when folded, so I only gave it four stars. I solved this problem by purchasing elastic straps on Amazon, which allows me to secure the walker in the folded position. Below are pictures of the straps and photos of them installed on the walker. Overall, it's a great option, and the price was very reasonable.

So far, the quality is impressive.This walker looks well-made and is much sturdier than my previous one. However, I found a few issues. First, the online specifications didn't mention the weight. The shipping specifications listed the package weight as 10 pounds, which is incorrect. The walker itself weighs 20 pounds, as stated in the manual. Also, the online description says it's 36 inches tall. In reality, it can rise up to 38 inches, which is an advantage for me as I'm over 6 feet tall. The actual weight almost made me consider returning it. However, while it's 25% heavier than my previous walker, it's easier to fold and carry. Assembly was also simple: each component has a label indicating its corresponding mounting location. Once assembled, I recommend securing each brake cable to the upper handlebar with cable ties. This prevents the brake cables from accidentally getting tangled in the nearby knobs. My previous walker had a bad experience; if the cable got caught in a knob, the walker wouldn't unfold, and the brakes could potentially be damaged. I hope my suggestions will be helpful after you've completed the standard setup. Finally, the support rod used to fold the walker should face forward when unfolded, as it rests against the metal rod. If it faces backward, it seems it will press directly against the storage bag. Overall, I recommend this product.

Best Pacer!This walker is so much better than the old-fashioned ordinary walkers. It's easy to assemble and comes with a variety of accessories. It has wheels in both the front and rear, and the front wheel can even turn. The seat is foldable, has ample internal storage space, and you can lie down to rest. Beautiful appearance, very sturdyExcellent design. This is the best-looking walking aid I've ever seen. I was worried about using a walking aid beforehand, but this one is so comfortable. It's easy to use, very sturdy and stable. Lightweight, it folds easily for easy storage and removal from the car. I used it on the firm sand of a beach at low tide, and it worked great. I could stop and sit by the water to rest. It didn't work on soft sand, but I wasn't expecting it to. Great value for money.

It is very suitable for tall people.bought this walker for post-operative use. It's very sturdy, with large wheels that can support my 220-pound (approximately 100 kg) weight. Assembly was very simple; I did it myself (I'm an 82-year-old woman). It came with all the listed accessories, and the instructions were very clear. It has a padded seat that can be lifted up to reveal a storage compartment. My savior!This is fantastic! I can fit my oxygen concentrator in my pocket. My oxygen concentrator is a bit heavy and larger than the newer, more stylish ones. But it's still breathable, which is crucial for an oxygen concentrator. The seat is sturdy and comfortable. But most importantly, it's incredibly easy to push and operate. This makes walking so much easier for someone like me with COPD. It's a lifesaver!

Excellent/Very PoorThis walker is great for indoor use, but terrible for outdoor use. I needed a walker suitable for uneven outdoor surfaces. It was very easy to assemble and adjust. I'm 157cm tall. This walker easily adjusts to fit my height and also has additional adjustments for taller or shorter people. I don't have carpets, but it's very sturdy and rolls smoothly on tile and wooden floors. I would highly recommend this walker for indoor use. If I needed an indoor walker, I would choose this one. It's not suitable for outdoor use. Even cracks in the pavement can cause it to stop rolling. Outdoors, if it stops rolling, you have to lift it and reposition it, which feels very unstable. We drive a Kia Sorento. It takes up about two-thirds of the trunk space. It can't fit between the front and rear seats. It's too heavy for me to lift, but my husband can. The only reason I returned it is because it's not suitable for outdoor and uneven surfaces. I even considered keeping it and lending it to someone who needs a walker for short periods indoors. It's definitely much better than those "tennis" walking aids.

This walking aid is great value for money and very cool.All the other cool kids at the nursing home use walkers, and Mom felt a bit left out, so I asked her what color she wanted and bought this one. She fell in love with it at first sight. From unpacking to assembly, and then adjusting it to the right size, Mom only took about 5 minutes. I'm not usually very handy, but this walker was very simple and straightforward to assemble. The wheels roll very smoothly. This walker will be used indoors 99% of the time, and it works well on all kinds of surfaces, from hardwood floors to carpets. Now Mom is also one of the cool kids at the nursing home, and life is better with her walker.

Easy to operate.Easy to assemble and operate. Lightweight and easy to move. It fits perfectly in our car, whether in the trunk, behind the driver or passenger seat, or laid sideways on the rear seats. Folding it up is also convenient; it doesn't take up much space when not in use. The handles are comfortable to grip and the height is easily adjustable. Color isn't important to us, but the paint quality looks good, and it won't chip even if it gets bumped or scratched. We really like it.

Travel will be faster and more convenient when you're ready to go further and faster.I've been using this walker for a while now, so I can share my thoughts. I find this roller walker perfect for my needs. It's smaller and more maneuverable than my previous traditional walker. In fact, it took me a while to fully master its faster movement and handbrake function. Even on flat ground, I haven't used the brakes yet; I still habitually keep my hand on them. However, I recommend checking the brakes before using it outdoors, as the brakes on the one I received weren't properly adjusted initially. But the accompanying instructions are easy to understand, and it only took me five minutes to pull the cable out a few inches, and everything was working perfectly. This walker is well-made and very durable. I expect it to be problem-free for many years to come.

Make your walk more comfortable.This walker is lightweight and portable, and very comfortable to walk in and use. The height is adjustable, which is just right for me—I'm 160cm tall, but it should fit most people. It's sturdy and fits easily into the trunk of my Prius. Great walking aid!This walker is great value for money, super easy to assemble, all parts fit perfectly, and the brakes work very well. The only thing to note is the seat size, which is a little over 11.5 inches, and the distance between the armrests is almost 17 inches. My hips could just squeeze in comfortably. So if you're slim, this walker is perfect. If you're heavier like me, it's best to measure your size first. I wear size 16 pants and weigh around 195 pounds, and it fits me just right.

Powerful action supportMy mom has been using this walker for almost two years now, and we're still as satisfied as we were on the first day. Excellent buyAfter doing a fair bit of research I plumped for this rollator. It's for my elderly dad. He's 100 and has recently become quite unsteady on his feet. I was slightly reluctant as it isn't a mobility branded item, however after researching I did find the same item on a number of other sites that are more formally mobility related under a different brand but more expensive.;I was also not averse to spending more money on other similar versions that were on those sites at almost double the price but got this one in the end simply because I thought it actually met the brief slightly better.;I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It looks like a quality product. and was easy to set up straight out of the box.;It is quite heavy but I'm not sure that it's any heavier than others similar having checked weights. The seat isn't too low so it's easy to stand for the sitting position and it's actually quite comfortable, it has soft rubbery handles that don't transfer vibration to the hands and obviously the pneumatic tyres make for a comfortable experience. And the large wheels even out bumps etc that I imagine small wheels would get stuck on in places with more uneven ground.;A few things I don't like. Similarly to most of these walkers, the brake cables are very long and could snag on things. I have bike tools and I plan to shorten them somewhat. The back wheels are unnecessarily large and could be smaller. You could swap them for smaller ones for not to much money.;I was slightly worried that it may not live up to my expectations but all in all I think it's an excellent product and I'm more than happy and at a very respectable price.

Very lightweight and easy to carry.My wife has mobility issues and uses an electric scooter when going out, while using a walking aid at home. Very practical and easy to use.Assembly was easy. It's sturdy, safe, and easy to use. It runs smoothly on most terrains, performing well even on rough roads and grass. The braking performance is adequate. The seat is comfortable and the braking is safe, which I like. I've been using it for 3.5 months now. It folds up for easy storage or putting in the car. It would be even better if there was a strap to hold it folded so it could stand up on its own.

It is ideal for use in the first 1 to 2 weeks after hip replacement surgery.Easy to adjust. Best suited for indoor use. Sturdy. Foldable for easy storage. Very useful in the first 8 to 10 days after hip replacement surgery. After that, I can switch to a single crutch, which offers better maneuverability but is slightly less stable. After 3 weeks, light walking with a cane is the best option because it is convenient to use, but not as stable as a crutch.

Perfect for walking againI had hip replacement surgery, and instead of spending $300 on a walker from the hospital, I looked on Amazon and found the exact same one for a much cheaper price. It's practically the same walker. A month after my surgery, I'm using it without any problems. I'm 198cm (6ft 4in) tall and weigh 109kg (240lb). It feels sturdy and easy to walk in. The wheels roll smoothly. I highly recommend placing a few tennis balls under the support for even smoother gliding. It folds up easily, doesn't take up much space, and is quite lightweight.

High quality, lightweight, and easy to assembleWe recently bought this walker for our daughter; she sometimes needs help getting around in stores. We first used it at a concert. It was very convenient for her to move around the venue, and she could also sit down while waiting in line. It also has a small storage space. It fits well in the trunk of her car and is lightweight, so she can easily lift it out of the car, unlike a cumbersome wheelchair.

Highly adjustable and well-made.bought this folding chair for my mom so she can use it when she comes to visit. The size is perfect, it's very lightweight, and easy to move. Folding it up is super convenient; she can do it herself with ease. Assembly was also simple; the instructions are very clear, and the color is the same as in the advertisement. I really like its adjustability; it's incredibly convenient. She has shoulder and neck problems, so sometimes she wants to raise the armrest height, and I can adjust it for her in less than two minutes. The brakes work very well; it stays stable even when she's seated, which was exactly what I was worried about. And the brakes are adjustable, making it even more convenient to use. I especially love its storage space; she can put a lot of things in it.

It's only $50 so I can buy it myselfA rollator with a seat that opens up into a bag for groceries, sweaters, or a lunch pail. The seat is very comfortable. The wheels are large and easy to move around, which is exactly what I needed. I had my caregiver's sister assemble it and it came in a large box. It's cheap and folds up so it doesn't get in the way.

The construction is solid, no issues, and assembly is very easy.Needed help with balance after a fall. It's a very sturdy and practical solution that can also be used as a seat when needed. Anyway, we migrate from the south to the north every year and I wanted to take it with me. As a result, the car was filled with things that I didn't think I would need and there was no place to put them. The first thing I did was to order another one because it's so great. By the way, I ordered it twice and it arrived the next morning. Assembly was very simple.

Not suitable for an old man like me.returned it. The brakes are too hard for an elderly person to control. She can't get them to work and I can't figure out how to adjust them. Also, my mom tends to lean back when she sits in the seat. I found the soft-backed seats don't work for her. She leans back to adjust her pants and the back strap "rolls" down and nearly makes her fall backward. I'm going to have to get her one with a crossbar.

Very satisfied in every aspect.Very happy with it in every way. I was hesitant to order it online but ended up being very happy with it. A bit of a shame though, it does require assembly. A bit difficult for someone with a hip injury to assemble. However, I am very happy with the flexibility it offers.

Excellent product, very popular, the "Cadillac" of rollators.We bought this rollator in January 2025. It took me a month to assemble and start using it. It is the "Cadillac" of rollators. My wife needed knee surgery, so she wanted this rollator to make her feel safer during the long walks while waiting for surgery. She prefers the low-key black color. It looks simple and elegant. It has all the features and functions you need in a rollator: it is foldable; the seat is comfortable, and it is easy to lock and unlock the "parking brake" and apply the brake while walking; the rubber tires roll quietly and smoothly; the size is large enough to be stable and durable, but not heavy. It works very well. It can't even fit in the glove box. We took it on a vacation to the beach, and one of the knobs came loose and was lost. I contacted the seller to buy a replacement, and they sent one for free. The customer service was excellent and exceeded expectations. Remember to tighten the knob when assembling. :) I highly recommend this product and seller. Top rating.

Attention to detailThis is a great walker with high quality parts and comes with spare parts that other manufacturers would save money on. The design is also excellent. For example, the locking knobs are all "through" design instead of friction design, which makes them more durable. They also have just the right attention to detail. The locking knobs not only have screw heads, but the screw heads lock onto the frame so they won't turn when you tighten the locking knobs. Thanks for this great walker!

You get what you pay forreally like this walker. It is a little big for me but I definitely won't give it up. It arrived on time and was very well packaged. I assembled it myself. I am 82 years old and live in a nursing home. All the parts are clearly labeled. The only problem I had was with the handles, I couldn't unscrew them. For some reason I thought to check the reviews in the hopes that others were having the same problem. I stumbled across a lady's review. She had the same problem so I took her advice and it worked for me. This walker is very sturdy, rolls smoothly, and I love the large seat. This walker replaced a previous one that I had for a few months. The difference is amazing. It gives new meaning to the saying "you get what you pay for". And it's not $29.99,

Great walking aid!never imagined I'd need a walking aid at 23, but it's true. I have multiple disabilities and chronic illnesses. Last year I bought a cane, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough, so I decided to buy this walking aid. Needless to say, I regret not buying it sooner! For the price, the quality and sturdiness of this walking aid are surprisingly good! I chose red, and I absolutely love it. It's actually more of a burgundy, but I love burgundy so much that I don't mind at all. I even tried stuffing blankets and pillows inside, and when I changed the sheets, none of them fell out. That shows how sturdy it is. I could easily assemble it myself, and it's fully functional; I love it. I'm of medium build with relatively wide hips, and the width of this walking aid is just right for me! When I sit down, my hips and thighs don't hit the armrests, and the seat is very comfortable! The armrests are also ergonomically designed, making the walking aid comfortable and easy to grip. I haven't experienced any joint stiffness or cramps while using the walking aid. I only gave it four stars because one of the front wheels is very noisy and doesn't turn smoothly, causing the walker to easily get stuck and difficult to turn. Therefore, I'm currently hesitant to use it outdoors. I hope this part can be repaired or replaced, but other than that, I don't regret buying this walker at all! It will truly make my life much easier :)

Excellent support for broken wheelsUpdate on my review. They responded to my email and said they would send me the part I needed for free. I really appreciate them being able to help. I have had this walker for 6 months and the cover on the bottom of the wheel broke off. I was not aware of this and now all the ball bearings have fallen off. I emailed the company for help but they said the wheel only has a 60 day warranty. They sent me 8 websites and none of them had the part. One that was close in price wanted $50 for the wheel. I could buy a new one for that price. Apparently the wheel is only good for 60 days. This is the 3rd walker I have purchased and I have never had a problem with the other two. So this one is obviously defective. They should send me the part for free.

Great productabsolutely love my new walker! It's incredibly sturdy. I bought it because it comes with a seat. My problem was that I sometimes felt dizzy and would fall when standing or walking (I have orthostatic hypotension, where my blood pressure drops drastically within seconds). With this walker, if I feel dizzy, I can simply turn around and sit down. Also, my old walker was such a hassle; I had to move it around every time I encountered a bump (even putting tennis balls on its hind legs didn't help). I also had to lift it up every time I wanted to turn 90 degrees. Sometimes, that thing meant to support my body almost made me fall. This walker has four wheels, making it easy to cross thresholds. And all four wheels can rotate, so it can turn in place without getting stuck on grass or carpet. I was initially worried that the wheels might "slip away," but it has a handbrake like a bicycle and a lockable brake like a wheelchair, which keeps me stable once I'm seated. The only downside is that the seat is too small; my small bottom feels a bit unsteady in it. But considering it's only $60, I can accept that!

Worth every penny!This thing is durable, well made, and makes it so much easier for my mom who has limited mobility. She had a knee replacement, then hernia surgery, and is almost completely dependent on a regular walker. This thing has improved her mobility 10 times, and is a great value for the money. The standard medical walker that insurance buys for $250, this one on costway works 1000 times better, and is only $53.99! Will definitely repurchase if needed, and would recommend to anyone with mobility issues who already uses a standard walker. This thing will improve your mobility, you won't regret it. The only thing you'll regret is not buying it sooner!

Excellent, light, strongAfter a bad fall I joined the ranks of seniors pushing walkers. Almost a year later, after surgery and many other treatments, I still push it around my apartment at night because my fear of falling makes it all worth it. It works great, is easy to push, easy to carry, has a built-in storage compartment under the seat, and the seat back is very comfortable. Other than getting older, no complaints :-((((

For many, this is unparalleled.For many people, it's better than all the other walkers. It's powerful yet lightweight even when you have to lift it into the car. Three bag locations are enough for most shoppers. Best brake design for downhill riding. I prefer the simplest cup holders to other larger versions. Big wheels. "Steps" to lift the front wheel over the curb or door sill. Easy to fold, lift, or store. This is just an incomplete list. If it's kept indoors and rarely lifted, its heavier, more expensive sibling would be better.

Sturdy and durable good productAssembly was a bit complicated, and the instructions weren't very intuitive. Once assembled, the chair is very sturdy and stable. It's suitable for tall people because the armrests are height-adjustable. I'm 1.68 meters tall, and even with the chair height adjusted to the middle position, there are still several adjustable settings. The price is very reasonable, especially for situations where insurance doesn't cover it, saving money while ensuring the chair's safety. Although the chair isn't as heavy as some heavier chairs, its lightweight design makes it easier to move in and out of the car. As a retired nurse, I would recommend this chair; I'm currently using it myself.

The best walker we've found so farThis walker has been a real blessing for my 94 year old father. He can now walk upright without hunching over or having to worry about his vision being blocked. The hand brake works great. He can use the carrycot to carry documents, books or spare shirts/jackets. He can carry a water bottle in a holder that can be attached to the walker. The wheels on the walker make it easy to move even on grass. I highly recommend this walker if you have taller children. The price is reasonable and it is worth the money.

I love this walker! I can walk briskly again! It has changed my life!love this walker so much! For years I was reluctant to buy one because I always thought it would make others look pathetic. Now I regret waiting so long. With this, I can walk briskly again and do everything in half the time! I take the bus for all my shopping and put my gym bag on the seat and the shoulder straps on the armrests and this walker becomes my shopping cart. Fragile items can be stored under the seat! There is also a large shopping bag on the armrests for light and bulky items. The brakes will not lock but I decided not to return it just to fix this problem.

Great seller, extra 1 year warranty, quality far exceeded my expectations for the money I spent!The locking brake handle is a great feature that I have not seen on other walkers that have been assembled before. It was packaged very well and the walker exceeded my expectations so much that I felt compelled to leave a glowing review. This is the second walker I have purchased for my mother and I am sure it will be my last! (The first walker was half the price but 4 times worse quality!) Assembly was easy and took 15 minutes maximum. If you scan the QR code on the last page of the instruction manual, the warranty will go from 1 year to 2 years. However, I have no doubt that it will last beyond the 2 year warranty without any issues or malfunctions. It is small enough to fit in the trunk of a Sonata, is great value for money, and the dark maroon paint job is powder coated nicely with no blemishes in the paint that I could see.

Wear red!I bought this rollator to try it out on sand. I haven't had a chance to do that yet. I have to say it's a very well made rollator. It's not hard to assemble and the red color is very pretty. The only negatives I can think of at the moment are that the steering is a bit stiff and I'm not a huge fan of the storage space under the seat.

Yes, it's light!was able to get it into the car without help. The 22.5-inch seat height makes it easier to get up from a seated position. I like the storage space under the seat for essentials around the house. It rolls easily and I also use it to carry items around the house. It can't be folded up if the items are in the storage space, so I use a hanging bag attached to the padded backrest bar. When folding and unfolding, I recommend leaning it against a solid surface (such as a car, door, or cabinet); pull up the straps in the storage space and hold the straps as high as possible; pull the backrest towards the straps and tie them together with something. When unfolding, lean it against a solid object, unhook the straps, and then press the seat down. Otherwise, it may roll towards you and fall to the ground, and may even roll you up. Considering its very affordable price, the brakes and other accessories are lightweight plastic, so I am very careful when using it. All in all, I am very happy with this powerful spinner.

A birthday gift that Mom really loves!My dear mother needed a walker; at home, she used an old-fashioned aluminum walker. Ugh, that thing was really hard to maneuver, and it only had two wheels. So I went to the store and bought this one because she also needed one with a seat. The walker arrived quickly, and it was super easy to assemble. In less than ten minutes, she could stand up and move around the house with ease! It's very convenient to move around the house, she loves the front storage basket and uses it often, and the seat is sturdy and comfortable. It can also be folded up if needed, in a slightly different way than the walker she usually uses outside, but she never needs to fold it. The color is a beautiful blue, the brakes are very practical, and the handlebar height is adjustable. Now she can move around much more easily, and life is much easier for her.

The price is great!This walker is perfect! It was easy to put together and is very stable and easy to push around the house. I was able to push my coffee into the office this morning on the seat without having to hold my cane in one hand and the armrest in the other for balance. I would seriously consider getting another walker to keep in the car. I feel like it is the perfect height for me and my 6 foot tall husband tried it as well because someone else commented that it was too short for him. He found it very comfortable but I noticed that he hunched over a bit when he tried it on. I am 5'3 and I adjusted the handlebar height to the highest setting.

Safe and reliable walking aidsOur home care medical team approved this walker after my 82-year-old husband fell in the Rock Garden. Good value for moneyAfter five and a half years of using the previous generation model, it was time to get a new one. Buying replacement parts was not an option for me. I noticed two things right away: 1) the ride was smoother 2) the seats were larger and made of a different material. My weaker muscles had to adjust to the little extra weight that came with the larger seats. But my main concern was this: I still had to cook my meals. I had to use the seats to place a hot plate of food and then move it to the table. I didn't have to worry about placing hot plates on the previous generation model, but this generation has a plastic coating on the seats. I feel like now I have to go an extra step for my meals and that is to get a seat insulator so it doesn't melt. Other than that, this is a great product.

Good PacersThere are many walking aids available on Amazon. I chose this one because it was reasonably priced and had good reviews. My choice was wise. It's very easy to install, requiring virtually no assembly. It's durable and makes no noise when walking. The braking function is perfect, the seat is comfortable, and there's a small pocket underneath for storing things. My only complaint is the lack of a locking mechanism, making it impossible to secure when not in use. It doesn't take up much space, but a locking mechanism would be even better, allowing it to be used in smaller spaces. It's not bulky and is quite lightweight, but it would be even better if it were more space-saving. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

It's stable and strong. I'll share some facts and tips...It is stable and sturdy. I will share a few facts and tips for those who are considering buying this product. The exterior dimensions including all the parts are approximately 22.5 inches from side to side. In my house, this size is narrow enough to roll into the bedroom but not the bathroom. It can roll right through the bathroom doorway if there is no door, but a standard hinged door will get in the way. The seat itself is approximately 12 inches square. The space between the uprights is 16.5 inches, so if you are wider than that, it will be a squeeze. Tightening the handles to the desired height by hand was fine for me, but frail people may need some help. The usual guidance for walkers I see is that the handles should rise to about the crease of the wrist. I am 5'9" and I have to adjust the handles to the highest stable position to reach my wrists. My handles are 36" off the ground. The product specifications say it can be adjusted to 37", but I am not sure if it can be adjusted higher. If you are 6'3", 37" may not be high enough. The seat is 21 inches off the ground and is not adjustable. The handlebars are 14.5 inches high, which is the height I used. This may be good news if you need support to stand up. But it may not be good news if you don't like high armrests when sitting. The 7.5-inch wheels are good for climbing over small obstacles, but sooner or later you will have to lift it up. The product specifications say it weighs 20 pounds. Think of it as a few gallons of beverages, or a case of 24-ounce cans. If that's too heavy for you, then the rollator is too heavy for you. The brakes function well. People with weak grip strength may have trouble. You can hold the brakes like you would on a bicycle to temporarily brake (don't let go). Push down on the brakes with your palms to lock the brakes, and then let go. The instructions don't mention the basket, so it took me a while to figure it out. The instructions for mine are: Insert from the front ("front" means the direction you're walking), with the two hooks facing back. Hook the hook over the crossbar where the seat hinges. There is a raised ridge on the bottom of the basket. Hook it over the lower front crossbar. When the basket is in place, the seat partially blocks it from above when it is lowered. The raised seat extends down to the back of the basket. You need to remove the basket to fold the rollator. There are a few other things to note about folding the rollator. First, the straps attached to the crossbar are handy for starting the folding process. There is nothing on the rollator to lock it in the folded position. I found it easy to open again. I used an 18-inch bungee cord to hold the folded frame together. There is also nothing to hold the seat or backrest upright when the rollator is folded. This was less of a problem for me than the frame opening, but it would be better if the whole rollator folded up securely. Even with the bungee cord on the frame, it doesn't stand upright on its own in the folded state. It would be fine if it could lay flat in the trunk of a car, but if not, you'll have to lean it against something. Another problem with folding is that when it's folded up, you can barely lift it up. Let's say you need to squeeze through a tight spot. You can't just roll it over, so you fold it up and try to push it sideways. That won't happen. The rear wheels can't turn left or right, so you can't roll it sideways. Or suppose you want to push or pull the rollator forward when it's folded. That won't work either, because the front and rear wheels will rub against each other. You'll be dragging it instead of rolling it, so you'll probably just be able to lift it.
